Warranty
Each item on our site carries a specific factory warranty ranging from 5 years to Lifetime on structural components and parts depending upon the brand. If you encounter warranty issues at anytime you can contact us or the factory directly. Our company selects quality furnishings that will perform for years but if something goes wrong the factory warranties apply. Our warranties are displayed on every product page with a distinct 'tab'. Take note that warranties on foam, textiles and leathers are different from structural warranties. This is defined clearly within each warranty statement.

OfficeChairsUSA offers a 45 day guarantee if you are not happy with one of our products. Try the chair out. If you are not happy then contact us and we can walk you through the return process. Our 45 day trial starts when you receive your chair. Special orders and large furniture items cannot be returned but we will work with you if there are matters such as a non-performing product or defects within the first 45 days. Beyond that time frame all claims must flow through the manufacturer with our assistance and support naturally.
