Purchased 2 chairs several years ago. For new order of chair for desk, received great input from Patrick on ordering with fabric samples sent to help finalize. Quick shipping but box arrived with damaged base protruding from box. Contacted Patrick and replacement was promptly shipped. Excellent customer service.
