If you are not completely satisfied with your CoreChair purchase it may be the result of the chair not being adjusted optimally. Please call or email us. If you are still not satisfied you are welcome to return it within the stipulated satisfaction guarantee period, as long as the product is not damaged and you have retained the original packaging. This ensures that the CoreChair returns safely. If the CoreChair is returned improperly re-packaged, you will be subject to a restocking fee. The CoreChair must be in like-new condition without any scratches or damaged components. The Classic or Sport is not eligible for a return if there is pet hair on the cushions or in the wheels. If the CoreChair is returned damaged, CoreChair has the right to refuse a full refund.
